Code of Conduct

The Look Up Records events and online spaces are meant to be a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment for everyone involved, and therefore we kindly ask you to read through and embrace our code of conduct. All participants, whether they are bloggers, musicians, attendees, sponsors, VJs, crew, or volunteers are required to agree to these terms and uphold these policies. By attending an event hosted by Look Up Records you inherently accept these terms. Look Up Records will enforce the code throughout all our events and online activities.

We will not tolerate discriminatory behavior, harassment, or victimization of any kind. Look Up is committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone; regardless of gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, political affiliation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, or beliefs. During events we expect concert-goers to be respectful to each other and to the performers.

If we suspect a participant may be a threat to anyone involved in our events, or has a history of discriminatory or violent behavior that we deem unsavory, we have the right to exclude them without refund and at any time we deem necessary.

If these rules are violated you may be blocked from our online presences, or rejected from our concerts without a refund. You may also be banned from future events at the discretion of the organizers.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, all attendees and event participants are expected to follow the venue and event organizer's safety guidelines. Look Up’s policy is to require proof of vaccination or proof of a negative test within 72 hours, and we require masks for all attendees and crew (aside from vocalists when on stage).

If you notice that these policies are not being followed, please contact Look Up Records directly and we will address it immediately.
